ORDER PROCESS

-PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME BEFORE PLACING ORDER. If you need an item that falls outside of the turnaround time, please email us at

Please note that all express services have an added
fee.
-All orders will include a $5-$50 design fee depending on the complexity of the
order
-No designing or mockups will start until full payment has been received.
-All orders are done in weekly rotations. The rotation of your order will go
communicated within 48 hours once your order has been paid and accepted
-Mock ups are usually sent 3-5 days before your order rotation date.
-Checking in or your order is okay, but we pride ourselves in communicating
throughout the process to keep you in the loop on where your order stands. This
means you’ll begin to hear from us and get updates on your order within the
week before your rotation date

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

WE DO NOT HAND DELIVER ANY OF OUR ITEMS. Please select an appropriate pick-up
location if you are local. If the pick-up location does not work for you,
please select shipping at check out.

REFUNDS

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS UNLESS THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THE PART OF THE
DESIGNER

RETURNS

Exchanges & Corrections
If we made an error with your order (misspelled name, wrong thread color,
incorrect item, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll
gladly correct it at no additional cost. To start a correction or exchange request, please email us at
embroiderybyamt@gmail.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    A description of the issue
    •    Clear photos (if applicable)
